This is a lovely circular walk through undulating Wiltshire countryside. It follows tracks and footpaths through farmland and Wardour Wood to Donhead St Andrew. It then follows more footpaths to the (New) Wardour Castle. Wardour Castle is considered the finest work of the great Palladian architect, James Paine, it has recently been converted to apartments. Then return along the footpath to Old Wardour Castle.
