The Brewers Arms, Martinstown, Dorset, South West England
The Brewers Arms is a traditional country pub in the village of Martinstown, just outside Dorchester, Dorset. You can enjoy a drink, some home cooked food and relax inside the pub or outside in the sunny garden. Dogs are very welcome in the pub.
The picturesque village of Martinstown is also known as Winterborne St. Martin. It has a stream running between the road and the cottages. The 12th Century St. Martin's Church, in the centre of the village, has a Norman font. The nearby country is rich in tumuli, the tombs of ancient Britons.
At the roundabout where the A37 joins the A35, to the west of Dorchester follow the signpost to Martinstown. Drive through the village until you get to The Brewers Arms.
