Pamphill, Dorset, South West England
Pamphill is an attractive village of cottages arranged around a spacious village green. St. Stephen's Church to the north of the green is well worth a visit. The cricket ground is at the heart of the village green, beautiful for a summer's afternoon.
Also of interest to the south of the village green is the Pamphill C.of E. First School and Nursery. This was originally built as an almshouse and school in 1698 as the 'pious and charitable gift of Roger Gillingham to God and ye poor'.
Pamphill is signposted off the B3082 Wimborne Minster to Blandford Forum road. Park in the car park to the north of Pamphill Green close to St. Steven's church.
